You can upgrade your subscription at any time through the app settings. Go to Settings → Subscription → Choose Your Plan. Your upgrade will take effect immediately, and you'll only be charged the prorated difference for the current billing period.
To cancel your subscription, go to your device's subscription settings (iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions, Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions). Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Yes! Pro and Premium subscribers can export their data in CSV or JSON format. Go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Export Data. Free tier users can request a data export by contacting support@reptidex.com.
You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action is permanent and will delete all your data within 30 days. Make sure to export any data you want to keep before deleting your account.
When you reach the 10-animal limit on the free tier, you'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro. You can still view and edit your existing animals, but you won't be able to add new ones until you upgrade or remove some animals.
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data both in transit and at rest. Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers with regular backups. We never sell your data to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
Yes! Your account syncs across all your devices. Simply log in with the same account on each device. Note that the free tier is limited to one user, while Pro allows up to 3 users and Premium allows unlimited users per collection.
ReptiDex currently supports over 20 popular reptile species including ball pythons, leopard geckos, bearded dragons, corn snakes, crested geckos, and more. We're constantly adding new species based on user requests. If your species isn't listed, contact us and we'll prioritize adding it!
